We started the project and introduced ourselves to other team mates. Also started with OPF documentation.

Status of sprint 01 Date 14.2.2025**
What has been achieved
We have created a virtual machine in cPouta and installed PrestaShop with Docker Compose. Started writing the requirement specification and risk management docs.

Status of sprint 02 Date 14.2.2025**
What has been achieved
We have updated OPF documents, started creating the cost estimation, picked out Epics and features. Added user stories to features. Updated our team website. Roadmap and risk mapping has also been started.

Work on writing the offer proposal. More information needs to be added to requirements specification. Updating the OPF documents and finishing the budgeting.
Status of sprint 03 Date 28.2.2025**
What has been achieved
We participated to Offer Day on 21.2.2025. User Stories, requirement specification etc. documented.

Updating the OPF documents and website. Starting implementation phase.
Status of sprint 04 Date 16.3.2025**
What has been achieved
We have enabled some features like HTTPS and HTTP redirection. Started to plan some tests. Created some videos on our website to show released features.

Some problems with VM and database. Set up VM again.
Next steps
Start focusing on Feature021 - Implement CI/CD pipelines for all services and Features 022: Automate build, test and deployment processes. Updating the OPF documents and website.
Status of sprint 05 Date 25.3.2025**
What has been achieved
Status check on 28.3.2025. Some features completed, like Dockerized Service Production. Continuing with features, like implementing CI/CD pipelines and automating build and deployment processes.
Do we have a problems/challenges?
Some problems with VM and database. Set up VM again.
Next steps
Continuing implementation of the selected features. Updating the OPF documents and website.
